How old? What breed? 

OFA might say mild due to remodeling. Note the Morgan line on each side. However, without knowing breed, I am rating them like they do GSDs and might be totally wrong for another breed.

I don't see any remodelling. I'm going to go for OFA good. The articular surfaces are smooth and regular in both ball and socket, and the coverage of the ball by the socket is good, and there is no subluxation.

Course I could be wrong...

Best guess - OFA mild, shallow sockets, remodeling of the necks and heads.
