I am in Thailand and some people sell GSD dogs with white papers or white pedigree, and I wonder what that is. Even googlr dont know.

It might be something as simple as sellers saying their pedigrees are 'white' to
distinguish them from 'pink' registration papers you get with SV imported dogs
from Germany ?
Many breeders here in the UK print or write their dogs' pedigree charts on white
or off-white paper; the KC Registration certificates and pedigree print-offs are on
white with green, as I recall. But no-one speaks of "White Pedigrees" as such.
Its not unusual for UK kennels to export to Thailand.

The SV issues two kinds of registration papers. To my very imperfect knowledge this is the difference. "Pink" papers or registration has always been the most desirable and indicates I believe at least 3 generations of dogs that have been koered, have a show rating, training title and an AD ( tho that is excused for dogs older than 6?). White registration papers means that the progeny come from dogs registrered with the SV but their ancestors do not meet the requirements necessary to issue pink papers.Sometimes seen I believe in working dog pedigrees where the emphasis has been on working titles not show ratings and koers.
I have also heard it expressed as a pink papered dog comes from an approved breeding and white not so - do not know if this is true or not. Also do not know how current requirements for health clearances and DNA profiles fit into these requirements.
I suggest two things. First of all go back to your original post and change the heading to something like I posted above indicating it is the registration papers you are referring to. I originally thought this was a question about a white gsd pedigree. Others may also think that and not even opened the thread if they are hardcore mainstream gsd folks.
Secondly you might want to post directly to Susie or address it to our German Friends because they will have much better info than I can offer.
Good luck. Depending on what your aims are in the breed I would suggest focusing on animals with pink papers initially.
