Got an invitation early last Friday to go train with some friends a couple of states over with Marek Kustar who was in from Slovakia so we hooked up the dog trailer and made a last minute road trip!  Turned into a pretty fun weekend and Jagger learned a lot!

Couple of short videos:

wow, what a great grip, great bark, great drives........the only things that should matter!!

this clip should be used as a textbook example to explain to newbs how a dog's bark changes and how quick drives switch.

clack's teeth to.

give that pup a steak on me.

thanks for sharing.

"this clip should be used as a textbook example to explain to newbs how a dog's bark changes and how quick drives switch."

Interesting you should say that because that was my first impression when I saw this clip for the first time as well.  The delineation between prey and defense is very clear in the vids.

somewhere around the end of the sixth second and before the eighth second in fist vid

and until the sixth second on second vid stereotypical prey bark and by start of seventh second switches drives.

i shut my eyes and listened to this several times.

pup was a bit excited and slightly staccato as a result of the excitement... as you would expect from a high drive inexperienced/immature young one.

i hope with maturity and good training he settles into a rythmic barking pattern as i would expect him to from this clip.

nice dog.

do show his progression with time and don't F things up.
