its been that way for about two weeks now, I wanted to look up something on their site and couldn't access it either.

WInSIS-CAT is DOWN, problems with the SERVER.

Well, one could always PURCHASE the Win-SIS program, then one could access that info any time they wanted to do so, server issues or no server issues!
Jus' saying, it IS something that some people worked very hard to create, and put money into creating...

Pioneer Wife, I realize that it's not a static database, and in order to stay current even those who own the program still have to purchase updates or rely on the website, but you also weren't complaining about the on-line site being down at the moment, either--my point wasn't directed at you. I just don't get the thought process behind complaining about something one is being given access to for free when there's a technologic hiccup or some type of maintenance being done, that's all.
