interesting we are having the same debate here albeit on a smaller scale. even worse is foreign companies setting up shop domestically and by legally passing work places health & safety, emploment rights, environmental compliances.....etc.

 

seems to be welcomed and encouraged and legislated by more conservative players.

UK has same problem too.  Much discussed at present,   lots of Govt

lip service, but not lots of action on prevention.  Dunno if you guys

share this too but we have a complicating factor in that UK tax law

allows some co execs to be "non doms"  ie not resident here for

a lot of each year but still get revenue concessions as if they were.

Guess where they silt away the profit from that ?
