Moved from working/sport as this is hardly either. Most dogs will chase a cat and bark for over 4 minutes while it's stuck up a tree, not work or sport, what's your point? The noise would have driven me crazy, so pointless vk, sorry.

Love Watching - NO NOT WATCHING...Listening to dogs Barking in the dark...What's the point...I can go stand in my kennel in the dark and hear the same thing...

I do agree...People need to stop talking sometime and go and Work with your dogs to understand what is being discussed...

Oh darn, are you telling me that my ASL isn't special because she barks 24/7? Should I return the bark collar?

"barking up the wrong tree"

had to give that one a like, made me laugh.

Q-man, least my dog makes me money, i got paid bounty for that effort.

mebbe i should join a ipo club and get a friendly decoy to become pals with my dog and then stand in a blind whirling a ball on a string around his head to get the dog to bark for it.

you are the sort of guy that watches a gsd herd sheep and says, well the dog is just running around a bunch of sheep barking.

you have mistaken the game for the real thing and the real thing for the game, step outside the simulcron.

you should have got your head sorted not you knee Wink Smile hope its doing well thats the knee now

by vk4gsd on 27 February 2015 - 21:02

^ funny you should say that, the doc said the same thing, a guy my age falling down a rock wall / gorge in the middle of the night chasing a pack of dogs chasing a cat and smashing his knee into oblivion seemed to him like a preventable injury, in his opinion.

fixing the head was above his pay scale so i went with the knee.
