I think he's a very nice looking dog, Bob.  I really like his ear size and set - correct parallel ears are not easy to breed. I guess you are looking more for someone to comment on his pedigree or working potential, but I am a show person and I think a GSD should have both beauty and brains. Life is too short to live with an ugly dog. I'd be proud to have bred him.

Thanks for your comments...I was just looking to show my baby...He's a Working Line Dog and will be trained for Schutzhund...

I think dogs whether be for Show or Work...Should be able to work and should look good at the same time...

My goal in breeding is to breed Good Working Dogs...but I also want a dog that is pleasing to the eye too...

You have done that looks nice strong good head good thick bone nice and prigree looks decent I like him black is my colour good look with him

IMO a black dog needs to be a bit better than a sable or a black/tan to be appreciated by most. No reason why a dog can't have both good conformation and working ability.

I agree and feel a Solid Black German Shepherd needs to be a nice looking dog with a nice Head...I think this litter is growing into a very nice representation of a German Shepherd...In Body & Mind...
