dogs listed under my name - Page 1

Just a quick question, there are 2 dogs listed under my name that are not of my breeding and was wondering how to get them off. I have contacted the person who put them there twice and since the first time she has added another. I bred and sold a puppy to a friend,she in turn sold him and she I guess has used him as a stud dog, OFA not listed,and produced a female that she listed and then bred her and listed a male puppy also. I looked at AKC and they are not listed under my name but not sure if they are sold as AKC registered under my kennel name. How do I fix this and am I making a big deal out of nothing? Also I have not bred anything in over 5 years.

Are you saying someone bought a male you bred, used him as stud and then are using your kennel name for the litter? 

yes, she used  my kennel name on 2 different breeding.

Your kennel name is fair game to everyone unless you have it registered with AKC. You might want to do that if you meet their requirements so it doesn't happen again. No one else can register a litter using your given name, however.

Person I though named the dog under my kennel, name actually bought her already named and just posted her so it went to my name because of the kennel name.
