bathing after mating - Page 1

Hi folks, after mating, is it OK to bathe bitch or you need to wait a few days or weeks?

If she needs a bath, then give her one...but I wouldn't completely submerge her in a tub of water or a lake, pond, etc.,  until she's finished her heat entirely, just to be sure you don't inadvertantly introduce patogens into the vagina while the cervix may still be open.   But a basic bath shoud not pose any risks to her or the hopefully fertilized eggs.
