These dogs may have been stolen by dog fighters to train their own dogs.

I agree with Blitzen, either these dogs are becoming bait dogs for dog fighting or sold to research laboratories. We had a case here in Florida a little while back involving bestiality and animal snuff films. According to the news, animal torture/snuff films are a big thing now. SICK...
Apparently Houston Texas Judge Sim Lake dismissed the charges a couple for making animal torture and animal snuff films which were pretty horrific and ruled it constitutional. Maybe these poor dogs are being used in this type of film.
