Hi we are located in Ontario and very interested in working lines from Czech/Slovak importers so I have researched what is available - not much but I like Stalworth Kennels in Cornwall, Springfalls Shepherds & Narnia in the Toronto area, another in London Ontario is Appleridge. Many more breeders up here are into showlines and the public are not as informed as to the differences I almost forgot to mention the one advertising on this site Hillsview which offers both work & show.

Not actually a 'breeder' yet, so far as I know, but they have some litters planned. Should be pretty good dogs from the lines and their selection process. http://www.patbrown-john.com/gsd.html

Thank-you for the links. I would prefer to buy from a small breeder who works and titles their dogs themselves. Narnia breeds too many litters for my liking.

I would have to 2nd the recommendation for Raino. Very nice man, has titled numerous dogs and truly believes in a dogs ability to work.
