what are the hardest working, showlines. Black and red dogs that consistantly do exceptional work. i am an avid working dog person but there are many of my clients that are looking for the Black and red look. i have worked with 2 really nice showlines that even though mechanically not as hard as the working lines i work with but they brought it. all there heart went into there bite work and regular work. one was an odin heschell son and one was an ulk arlett daughter.these are two showlines that i wouldnt mine giving space to in my kennels. Please showline people dont take offense in my business 90% of my Clients are looking for the ultimate soldier and most time i use mal/shep crosses to produce what they are looking for. so please no one take offense.

I agree with the Ulk line. We have a daughter, two granddaughters, and a couple grandsons...all have the heart of a working dog.

In my experience Unko vom haus zieglmayer crossed with zello von der steinhagerquelle produces very hare showlines. I know where you are coming from with the working ability and black and red confirmation. I have a very hard dominant showline female that I would consider selling. She will bite for real. You can see her on here under lexa vom weissen haus.

I will agree with Ulk Arlett. I have been getting feedback on 3 dogs and one of them is a work/show mix. Apparently he is top shelf working ability with excellent bite work and his show side goes back to Ulk

The Quartz dei Templari-line has produced good workability. I also agree with the Ulk - or Rikkor Bad-Boll line, just looking at what my Rikkor-daughter has produced. Most recently, she had a litter out of VA-Teejay Wilhendorf. These puppies are awsome: Besides drive, they are also very hard and very outgoing. So, it seems that Teejay is commendable for working ability as well. Another line to consider is Hill vom Farbenspiel.

One of my Ulk granddaughters is a Quartz Templari daughter as well. At 10 years of age, I am still amazed at her working ability, and love of it. She has produced pups with the same type of energy, and excitement. So, I agree with SIbersee!

I have a Quartz grandson that recently produced a litter. Contact me if you are interested. I can send some videos of the work he's producing in his offspring. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/405000.html

I agree with Silbersee Hill V Farbenspiel, Ulk lines also.

Why not go for a black and tan that comes from the workinglines, or at least mostly workinglines? That would be a much better choice if you like the black and tan coulour I guess.
