Why did you delete your posts, leslieann43? Are they working things out with you? What's going to happen to the dog, who is but an innocent victim in this whole thing?
No one should ever buy a dog as an 'investment'--because it only takes a single illness, one accidental injury, and the 'investment' cloak falls away and reveals what was there all along: a dog that wants a stable home with people who love and will take care of him or her for the rest of the dog's natural life.
Anyone wanting an investment will be better served, and likely less disappointed, if they purchase stocks or put their monies into a no-load mutual fund...not a living creature.
