What about the farmers in your country? the direct source always is the best.
I used to buy green tripe directly at the slaughter house ( take care your freezer is big enough )

I buy it fresh/frozen in cases through my co op that is in WA/OR. If your in that area let me know.

If you want to get some ASAP Dexters Deli carries tripe. But for a larger order Greentripe.com... They will deliver or let you know where to pick up... I believe they are in HOlister, CA.
