Hey everyone! Just hoping to get some opinions on these x-rays. More so the elbows. I am feeling ok with the hips, but I don't know enough on elbows to know whether to worry or not. These are from a 19 month old German Shepherd, sedated. Sent to OFA for prelims. Thank you!

The right elbow looks poor I would worry about it I am not that good on elbows either but was always told to look for the birds beek, if it was clean you should be OK this one is not clean to me.

That is not at all what I wanted to hear. My vet did point out the birds beek as well and said it looked ok. Dang. He definitely was more excited about the left though, which made me post them here for more opinions.

I am not a pro at elbows so I may be incorrect or it may not be that bad.
I would love for you to come back and say I was wrong.

The hips look at least good and the elbows are OK too! Could be a shadow or other x-ray related anomaly on the elbow .. thats the reason a radiologist must read the x-rays. Did they take more than one view of the elbow in question ?? May be OK on a follow up x-ray.

He only took the one pic of each elbow. Here it is not so blown up. Not sure if it makes a difference or not.
Thanks a bunch for opinions. :)

Anyone else care to share their opinions please?

Elbows are difficult. Something obvious, I can usually point out ... but all I can say is something seems off on the right. I hope that's wrong on my part. The hips look very good to me.
