Cannot Create or Update Pedigree - Need Help Please - Page 1

Hello all!

I am having issues trying to update and add/correct information on my dog's pedigree. I have been researching her lineage and found some info that was previously added, to be inaccurate, or needs additional info. I can use the Quick Reg. feature, as well as edit the Extra info. However, I cannot add a dog with detailed info or photos, nor update my own dog's info.

I am logged in with the correct email/username, but every time I click on Update Pedigree, I get a 401 Error message stating that I'm unauthorized, that I need to log in; even on my own dog's pedigree, a pedigree which I initiated. This has happened to me over the last few days.

I emailed Admin and was told that that feature of the site was down at the moment and would hopefully be back up soon. However, I keep seeing a lot of new dogs and/or updated info as little as one hour ago...is this feature only unavailable for me? I'd like to know if anyone else is having these issues...? 

Also, my sister and I share the same internet connection, (different tablets/phones, same wifi), and she is having the same issue. Just curious how other's are able to continue building pedigrees, and we're not...

Hi Reardon,

Nothing has changed since the last time we PMd, update/register is still down. Oli is working on it but I cannot offer a timeframe for it to be fixed. I think quick register is the only thing working so if new pedigrees are being added that is the only way possible.

Yes, it is working for me now as well...I guess I get impatient. My apologizes. I saw a bunch of new dogs being registered, and I was like, what the...? Lol. I thought it was maybe something to do with me or my account, so I figured I would ask. Thank y'all!
