Hi, i am planning to get an AB, which has 04.49% Hardiman's. I am concered because she has some ancestors who are puppies of siblings. Is this a problem?

Depends which problems you mean; any 'linebreeding' can perpetuate
genes for certain health conditions etc, and any level of 'in-breeding'
can make them more likely to appear, especially where doubling up on
recessive traits. But equally that is the way improvements are fixed, also.
If you know of specific conditions that the sibling-puppy ancestors carried,
and you want to avoid these in any future pups you breed, then be very
careful with the pedigrees of the dogs you select as mates, to avoid bringing
in more copies of the genes. But there are no guarantees against "problems".
