Is William Liska DVM still doing hip replacements on German Shepherd Dogs?

He is no longer part of the vet hospital he founded in TX.

What is your opinion of the work he did on your dogs?

Would you recommend him over other vet surgeons?

If he is still doing hip replacements, where would he be doing them now?

Thank you for any information on this subject.

Looks as if he will be traveling around the country either doing surgeries or clincs sometime next year.

Yes.  He is obtaining his CA vet license right now.  He is helping set up a hip replacement center in Los Angeles.

This is NOT an ad.  I was doing research on him.  This forum did not help me, so I went elsewhere and have more information due to looking elsewhere.  I have never met him either.

I'm confused, Alamance. If you're having a conversation about this on the main forum, only your side of it is showing up to the rest of us. I don't think anyone here was intentionally withholding information on the vet you were asking about--more likely, no one knew the answer to your question or had used his services in the past and had any information to share.

I am glad you were able to find out what you needed to know, however. Regular Smile

Looks like Dr. Liska has joined STVS in San Antonio, TX.
