We need information on "een hond Eigenaar Hondenpension De Bergakkers "Don" SV 0019940 2 Weert 17 Jun 1998 . Tittled? Born December 14, 1996 14.12.1996
Our Service Dog Came with one piece of Pink Paper with the Number SV 0019940 2 the Kennel Name is De Bergakkers.
The kennel is located in the Netherlands and is listed as "Police Dog Center". Our dog is a bi color GSD. Any information would be helpful. We have tried contacting the Vet on the certificate, but have received no response.
