SV Show in December - Page 1

Wesley Chapel Total Dog Training Club will be holding a show and breed survey on Saturday December 6th and Sunday December 7th at our training field on Hay Rd, Lutz, FL. Margit Van Dorssen, v Arlett, will be jugging. The tentative schedule is the BH and breed survey on Saturday, the conformation show on Sunday. 

The show site is in the northeast  Tampa Bay area just a few minutes from I-75. It's an easy drive to Disney World and Busch Gardens and all of the other Tampa Bay and Orlando attractions.

We will have food available for purchase and we are trying for a special rate at the near-by Comfort Inn that accepts dogs. There will be plenty of parking at the show grounds and we will be able to accomodate a limited number of self-contained RV's. Details as they become available.

BH? Do you mean AD?

 

I meant BH. No AD scheduled right now, but we may be able to fit it in.

Maybe the WDA rules are different, but in all the other organizations I've trialed under you need at least one IPO dog. You can't have an all BH trial.

NEVER MIND

Is this judge authorized by the SV to award working titles?  Conformation judges cannot award BH titles.  I see she is a Koermeister which doesn't allow that either but some Koermeisters are authorized to award working titles depending on their level of certification within the SV.

I'm unfamiliar with her outside of the show ring so I don't know, just asking.

We will be offering an AD at the show. We are waiting for the show to be approved and will have more information after that.

Good luck with the show and trial. I may be wrong but I think Margit van Dorsen is a show and working dog judge as well as a Koermeister.
