In looking for a working line pup I understand that I cannot go wrong here-any feedback from previous owners/buyers would be helpful to this newbie thanks!

They look to be show line breeders to me. You might want to keep looking if you are wanting a working line pup.

Yeah I was also going to say the same thing. But Im no expert by any means, so I dient want to say something and then make myself sound like an Idot..lol..but out of their SEVEN (7) breeding dogs, only ONE(1) of them has a title..if you want a working pup look for a differnet kennel, they have showlines there.
I would recommend Von Den Wilden Rabbits. Stefanie is a very nice woman and has a nice litter on the ground right now. She is in Germany(I dont know if your looking for one within the US), but there are good people/breeders/kennels everywhere, you just have to look around and ask questions, which is what you are doing.
Her website is:

Good Luck with your search!

Actually, Malka Nagel has been successfully blending working and show lines for a number of years now, and if one checks the 'Accomplishments' section of her website, you'll find that several dogs from this kennel have competed in the WUSV--not your typical 'show lines' activity. Ms. Nagel has a good reputation for her ethics and the post-sale support the buyers of her pups enjoy.
If you're looking for a pup that's 100% working bloodlines, however, and want to stay in the California area, you might want to touch base with Julia Priest, von Sontausen; I believe she expects to have a litter this spring. Her web site URL is:

Thank you hexe-much appreciated. I am not looking for 100% working lines, however her next litter will be predominantly working line. Anyone else have info on Ms. Nagel or have pups from her? Because of this wonderful website, I have already been steered clear of one kennel near me-THANK YOU!!!

Malka is what hexe says. She's been at it a very long time, 20+ yrs. at least. She doesn't breed a lot of dogs, but has produced some damned fine ones over the years, and she's an honest woman.
