hi I had a question that might seem quite simple for others but I want to make sure I am taking the right steps. I have a sire if I were to stud him , who is responsible for registering the litter?

The owner of the dam who has the whelp, registers the litter and she fills in all the questions including about your male.and the date of breeding.
.BUT you must witness the x box on the paper to say you know your sire was used..
