I would like to make a it clear, I oppose the ban of e-collars and think they're a valuable tool in the trainers "tool box".

I believe the problem with E-Collars is just all the miss information and ignorance that surrounds its use. A great example is "...they cause burn marks" as stated by the lady in the video. I have not seen an E-Collar yet that carries enough amperage to cause any burning and the marks she is referring too are caused by collars being on to long in the same place, generally bark collars.
