No.

If you have money enough (and enopugh should be a lot) you can buy an imported dog from him, otherwise I would recommend to go to Germany and buy the same dog for less than 50% from the price he told you. If you think to buy a puppy, look at his breedsystem, what did you see from his kennel? He is breeding for so many years now and has bitches located all over the States... what can he prove on that? For me... he is a good salesman but for sure not a good breeder and I would never recommend him.

Not really,no. Steer clear IMO. He is rude as well, at least to me he was. Told me it was impossible to have 2 bitches in the same house. I have 3. Only one goes to time out when she's naughty. The others are best buds even when in heat. He also said some very rude things that I will not repeat in public.

by lurker on 12 February 2007 - 04:02

HAHA.....ethical breeders??? Damn some of you guys will never learn will you! Lets see....money, fame, betterment of the breed screw some people along the way, have them grow up in crates, have so many dogs you can't remember where they are all at....buy winners and jump on the band wagon....go show breeders go!

I have personally not purchased a puppy from Bill, but I think he is very knowledgeable. My foundation bitch was a Muck v Fleisherheim puppy and she was the most remarkable dog I've owned to date. I still have descendents from Muck! Bill has been very honest with me when I've spoken with him, I just haven't been able to come up with amount of money he asks for his pups! If I did, I would purchase from him. I've known several people through the years that have co-owned several dogs with him and they were happy with their dogs and their relationship with Fleisherheim.
