what is this good news?

Apparently there is a new law that just took effect! Just recently it seems that it is now allowable for a seller or a broker to 1)Sell a dog to a buyer. 2)wait for the monies to arrive in payment for the dog from the buyer 3)then hold the dog and charge $1.00-$100.00 a day "board" (whatever you see fit apparently) 4) keep the dog that you sold them in your possession for as many days, weeks or months that you find convienent 5) then sue for the "boarding fees" you decide to charge the buyer, against the total paid by the buyer This is a new law apparently being allowed now. All you have to do is apply to the court (in your country) for justification for the total of your "boarding fees" and request the court reduce this "board" from the purchase price of the dog! If the total of your "boarding fees" are less than the value of the dog, you then have to reimburse the buyer the remainer (whether it's $1.00 or $100.00. If the total of your "boarding fees" are higher than the purchase price of the dog, YOU GET TO KEEP THE DOG including PAPERS! Then you can then resell the dog once again for profit. Thought you would all enjoy learning of this new law. It's called the Felsenhof claus.

This concept is not new. It's the same for automobiles and other property that's abandoned. You should have been sent something saying you owed money and to pay by a certain time or costs would be incurred.

I did a google.de search for it, I just came up with "schone hotels" :-). Do you know of a website where this law can be read? Ich lesen Deutsch nicht so gut, but a good friend is from Germany and she could help me translate. Thanks. Veronica

And speaking of scammers, is Clayton Warichek out of business? I see he recently auctioned off his web site on Ebay. http://importschutzhund.com/importpage01.html

Tell me about Clayton Warichek please? He called me once about breeding to Carol, then put him on his website, although I declined to pay for the ad. Seemed okay on the phone, but I could never reach him after that. Shelley

Screwed: Is this something "made up" by you? With the screen name you have and it being called the "Felsenhof clause", I get the feeling that this is just a dig at someone you are unhappy with over a deal. I can not find anything on the net about this "Felsenhof clause". If you made it up, you sure got some to fall for it :)
