We all have names we call our dogs to show our affection. Please share some of your favorites! One of mine for Beau is to call him, "Beau-bo-licious". He is just that yummy!

My good friends call Mojo, "Mojo-howitz". I am not sure why! Lol

I dont think the names I call my dog should be printed in a family based forum, but, they are all in good fun, its just that my sense of humor runs toward the not so PC side. Bee, how do you know your dog is that yummy? Oh, your friend calls her dog that because of a character in a TV show back in the 70's and 80's, Barney Miller,  after a detective whose name was, not sure of the spelling, Bojohowist, at least that is what I think it is, ask her.

The lady in my sig often got called 'Batlady' or 'Bat ears', for obvious reasons!

My mom often calls Ranger "RangerRalph" because Ralph was his original name, given to him by his first owner, who was one of her neighbours. I changed it after finding out it's Quebec slang for a joint! He was given the moniker after he ate a marijuana plant!  Omg Smile

I also call him my 'rock hound' because he likes to dig up rocks and play with them. His teeth are a mess as a result!  Roll eyes

Goofy Goose (all); Baby Girl (Cirberus); pain in rump (all); Big Boys (Bane and Baron); Smosy (Max)  [I have no idea what it means; just something I used to call my brother which has the same name as Max]

If they are in trouble or not listening:

Rose Lynn; Max-a-million; Cirberus Spotted Tounge; Baron Von Eric; and [Paul, do something with your dog] Bane.

I'm sure those of you who have multiple dogs sometimes get the names mixed up. Well, this one was a bit different...

I was visitng with a good friend yesterday. While living next door to her, I had the dog in my sig, whose name was Tasha. She died in 2005.

Being back in my old haunts must have caused my brain to take a trip back in time, too! When I was telling Star to get in the back of the SUV, I called her 'Tasha'!  Omg Smile

Nikon (almost 6 years) is usually "Big Guy" or "Noodle".  Legend, his son (9 months) is "Little Man".  Indy, pit mix (2 years) is Indy Bean. Coke, mix (8 years) is just Coke or "Cokie" (Coca-Cola! when he's bad).

LOL @ Sunsilver's reverting to the previous name !   Yeah, I've done that too.

Of my own dogs (rather than those I worked with, too many and too many pet

aliases to mention)  I used to almost always call Vida "Vee",   unless I was cross

with her.  Taz gets called all sorts of nonsense, Tazman and Ratbag being just two

of them.
