Having trouble navigating on my touch phone. is it normal for people to place an add in classifieds looking to buy a used bite suit.
What protection if seller takes money and doesn't supply. how do i place ads. is this even a pdb query.

Bite suits are expensive, and wanting to pay less or not being able to afford a new one would be normal. To my knowledge, protection/insurance is not offered from websites unless they recieve a fee for the transaction.
There is a free tutorial guide on avoiding scams here:

A drop down menu will appear and you should choose

Follow the instructions on that page.
This topic might do better in sport, as it is about sport equipment.

Pete, I would NOT buy a used bite suit I could not see and test, FIRST. I am not sure what you need or what dogs you plan on using it with, but, having a serious dog on a 10 year old suit that has been heavily used is NOT fun, trust me, I have been there and I have bled because I used one. If you are looking for upper body bites, get a new top only for now and use that, plus, a dog willing to bite a human, will bite anywhere regardless of suits or sleeves or whatever. I will say that its a nice piece of equipment to have to test a dog and teach a dog to target certain parts though.

If you use paypal then you have 45 days of protection. If they take your money and run, you can open a claim and get it back.

And I agree. See the suit, test it its worth it. Even suits that look big and protective can be deceiving. I was at a seminar once and they wanted to do some suit work. Looked hardly used and was so bulky I thought I was in a fortress. Turns out it was just impossible to move in and bites were much more than noticeable.
