What are the requirements for importing a dog from Belgium to the Caribbean. A health cetificate from a Government Vet? A special stamp from the Ministry of Agriculture? Please inform, thanks.

Check with your kennel club re what you need to get the dog registered with them. You will probably need an export pedigree. Also, where in the Caribbean? Most Islands have very strict import requirements, starting with an import permit, going all the way to quarantine. Your local customs or government offices will be able to help you with that.
