Our Tyson daughter is 10 months, not proven. However she is very strong in protection, extremely confident. Her ball drive dropped around 5-6 months but is now back stronger than ever. She is a very powerful dog also. Has no fear. Not very fast, big bone girl but compact. Excited to see how she turns out.

To Dimas thanks for posting more info about your Basco male, you are the person that knows more than anyone what kind of dogs that he is producing,it sounds like overall he is producing well and thanks for sharing what you feel he brings to the table,if I understood you right you feel like he brings many good qualitys to the breed and for strong working drives it sounds like you match him up with your high drive females to bring out the balance of high prey drive,what I saw in the vid was the pup lacked high intense desire to want to do bitework and from what it sounds like you decribed the owner of the pup felt the same way,and I know what you mean pups can look good then some as they get older sometime change for the better or for the worse,so whos to say which of the three brothers is the best producer out of all of them, everyone will form their own opinions on how well brothers produce, for example some think Troll produced better than Timmy to others Timmy produced better than Troll, I think the bigger factor could have been which females each of the brothers were matched up with,my thoughts are Black Jack has an unfair advantage being in Europe than Basco being in Brazil or even if Basco was in America. go play with your dogs or do something where you have knowlegge about.

Maybe you can post some movies of working your dogs. that is the nice thing on internet forums, everyone get a word to say but must nothing show.

Tyson was a great dog out of great parents, produced well with the right female, Joerg bought Tyson(2 years old) because no one was able to handle his aggression, he trained him and started with him on the BSP,LGA,FCI and so on.

Joerg bought later than Balko and again later Basco,  Black Jack was returned to his breeder because of his aggression.

Balko was handled by Schrader(Sauer friend) and was also on the BSP and many LGA,FCI and so on. Basco was sold to the uk and than to Brazil.

special now for you ,the links i posted in the Quardes post are all grandchilds from Balko,Basko,Balck Jacks full sister. So that means that this b litter was a really good litter with good producing power. and again in my opinion Balko was the strongest dog in this litter and trained to the highest level trial.

But for sure you know all better and for sure you worked many of the dogs i just mentioned. the difference between me and you is that i have work,Tyson,tyson mother and dad, balko and many other kids out of tyson,i have breed with tyson and now the best, it was me who have train the black puppy, it was me who have try for weeks to get him to bite and it was me who must tell them the owner that the dog he have send does not have the quality for any bite sports, search work or what ever area where you need  a dog with good drive behavior. for sure it is a nice dog, but this dog was breed for a reason,it did not work out, to bad but that is life. 

you know every one is talking about good dogs but most time when you asked what people have achive with these great dogs or asked for a video, nothing comes back.

maybe it was Dimaz bd pick or maybe it does not have not fit with this litter, but if we talk about about good producing we nned some proof for that.i do not mean some pet people who love their dog because he is so pretty.

in a few years we will see who was right or wrong, but if someone would tell me that : To give good puppies for sport, the female should have high prey drive because he don´t increase these drives in his progeny.

so why use him than at all.if i want a dog for police or militaer, or sar or what ever. i need the drive to get the job done.

Actually he doesn´t increase PLAY drive. If you are planning a breeding for a female that doesn´t carry it for the progeny, he will not save her. We know that some dogs can be breed to Showline females and the puppies are crazy for a ball or everything that move, have good retriever. But, Basco brings nerves, real agression, self-confidence, strong bite. And we know that you cannot have everything in one dog. We need to know what we need and try to find a dog able to provide it.

I really understand when you say "it is for sure double hard for the owner of the dog.you invest time and money and on the end it does not work out."
I already had this experience before :)

With a big difference: I contact this guy since he bought the dog. After watching that video, i asked him if he would like to send his female to breed with Basco (because he told me he would like to have a Basco son), or i could send him frozen semen for free. More than once, he told me that i´m one of the most honest people he dealt with. I ´don´t breed dogs to earn money, i do it because i love it!!!!

No one have say that you are a bad guy. 

If the siblings are better than it was a bad pick, happen and no one can change that.have happen with me and have happen with other breeder.

i do not want argue with you what kind of drive you need in the area of work. 

breeding is not so difficult, you put the best together with the best. If there is a lack of drive I would not use this dog at all. But maybe I am wrong and I was only lucky with my combinations.

i do my living with training dogs and it is the easiest way to be straight out and tell people that the dog does not work out and every day and dollar more is a waste.

Thanks Na7 for sharing your thoughts about  your female and I hope her retrieve drives get better all the time as she ages,it can be very hard to find dogs that have everything we want ( instincts) and dream for them, very good points and thoughts comming from post, to Dimas thanks you for being honest and fair what you feel Basco brings in his pups and I  understand Stephan,s concerns if a male is not bringing any drive to the table why match them up,even if a female is bringing high driive from her side,but it also sounds like the drives are fine with Basco,s other pups and are proving well in most other ways, it might be a tall order to expect a Stud to produce high drives at everybreeding,in the past with my own dogs  sometimes I get the drives I want and sometimes I do not.

We recant our suggestion of the breeder who has Tyson progeny. You will not receive papers but you will receive continuous lies. We just wanted to inform anyone who may have contacted them due to our suggestion on this thread.
