Hi, I wonder if anyone has an email address or other contact details for someone in the Hungarian Kennel Club or can offer any suggestions as to how I might resolve the following problem?  A few months ago I imported a Doberman into Ireland (via the Czech Republic) however the export papers and most significantly, the transfer of ownership papers, were attached to the shipping crate and lost in transit. In an attempt to secure duplicate papers and transfer of ownership papers so that I can register the dog here in Ireland, both my contact in the Czech Republic and I have made numeous unsuccessful attempts to make contact with the original Hungarian seller of the dog and whilst we have also both emailed the Hungarian Kennel Club, they have not responded.  I have copies of the dogs pedigree registration papers as they were emailed to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the export pedigree and how you can get it?

 

The export pedigree is a more langague document,  what need for you if the dog go to foreign owners. This export pedigree need for you when you want registry your dog at your foreign kennelclub.

To request the document must have the followings: original pedigree, foreign owner name and address, export pedigree request form (downloadable forms), sales contract.You can find the export pedigree fee in the current tariff  table, what is here in the kennelclub site, You can pay : here in the MEOE office or bank transfer. The export pedigree lead time approx. 15 days.
