Does anyone know of a vets in the Peterborough/Cambridgeshire area where we can get our gsd xrayed for hip and elbow scores? I have called a few vets and they want between £450-£500, but could be more if the X-rays are not clear. please help

Mick, there aren't enough UK posters on here at the moment,
to guarantee you an answer. Have you tried asking GSD
breeders in that area to recommend vets that they use for
X rays ? Sometimes going in with a local breeder who is doing
several dogs can get one in at a cut rate.
Sorry I don't know any vets in that part of the country myself, I'm
in the South. Could find you a couple of breeders addresses if
you are stuck for knowing who people are.

Maybe just google ortho specialists; they ought to be able to take a half way decent x-ray, don't you think. Good luck, ask to see some x-rays for educational purposes and go from there. Might work and I would ask for all phases of x-rays, good, not so good and bad hip x-rays. Just a thought, good luck finding someone. Nan
