Can someone clarify, please as I have some people asking me...
Is it a requirement to be a member of the GSDCA in order to enter/compete in the National IPO/FH Championships (WDA)?
I have had people ask me if the winner, in April 25-27 2014 was in fact a GSDCA member when he entered and won the Championship?
If the winner is not a member in and is violation of the By Laws, then would the 2nd place dog win by default?
I do not know either one of these people , nor am I involved in the sport. But I have others asking for a clarification...
so I told them I would try to find out.

I'm curious too, I've been researching this as well.
