There is a whole lot of BS in these videos ,, protecting ( or so called protection ) with the owner or handler present is a lot different than protecting without anyone present and a camera crew or other people present can confuse the dog when present prior to or during the scenario .. overall not much of a test.  All three dogs would have been effective deterrents under real conditions.  Propaganda from a trainer drumming up business and a TV station with a slow news day to fill.

Hi Vonrivera! very interesting video!, I have a GS show line and a working line, Fidu. My neyghbors told me that when there is no one at home, Fidu is a complete beast. He has never showed a sign of fear (except toward me when i am annoyed hahaha) I am looking for a female but in my country there are strong lines, And it could be dangerous for a home. I m thinking of importing a girl from Chile.

Sorru Bubba, I would like to know what BS mean?. I think in real situation some dogs have not much confidence. One of my neyghbor has 3 shnauzzers very big, and when the family were into the house some (or one) robber entered and stole some thing from her car. The dogs were tied near the car, but they didn't barked. If dogs see a man with a stick they are afraid. Is for this raison that i think  it is better dogs sleep into the house with their owners.

If the so-called trainer wanted to go in on any of those dogs without equipment then I think your point maight be valid but if he was afraid and needed a sleeve and a stick to go in then the dogs were being deterrents.  I have butt-holes coming to me saying I want a dog who will kill all intruders .. kinda like you.  My question is does that include children who wander in or emergency responders if you need help??  And after the dog has the bad guy or possibly the good guy or girl on the ground and have killed them or severely injured them and the cops roll up what happens??  If you aren't there to call off the dog the cops kill the dog.  It's not so simple as the Truck Nutz crowd makes it seem.  Having a big dog trained to kill all intruders or a truck with plastic balls doesn't make you a man, it pretty much makes you an idiot.

PS the original video showed a dog biting a helper that he had trained on lots of times .. it was a set up scenario that the dog knew well .. that was part of the BS I referenced.  The video was an opera staged for the camera and everyone knew how it was going to end even if it took 10 takes to get it right.  Real protection and police work don't have that luxury.

Yes of course he is a dangerous dog i always keep him two door between other people and him. If some one would enter my home when there is no one inside he would kill the robber surely.  For example in 2012 four dogs killed a robber and police were not encouraged to enter the house because of the dogs.

I have never had a situation where anyone was killed inside my residence by a dog or dogs so I have no experience but they say it makes quite a mess.  You probably should take a page from the Greek Spartans decorating guide and stick with maroon as your carpet color and for most of the drapes and furniture.
