can't search the dog,but it really exist in web - Page 1

When I find a dog in GSD Search,it tell me there is no result,but when I register it, the web system tell me it already exist.such like (Ursus du Domaine Princier),the web tell me no result,but actually the link is http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/25786.html It also have same problem to find the name with ',such like Elsa du Val D'Anzin and Anisette du Val D'Anzin,I can't find it in GSD Search,but the link is http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/19985.html, I need register a dog, but her mother's name has ',so the web can't find the name,can you tell me why??????It is web bad??

sometimes it does that. Maybe if you try just putting in the last name it will give you a list of names to pick from...or the first name. I had to do that with one of my dogs and it worked. Heather

More likely than not, the dogs you mention may have been accidentally registered twice under very slightly different names. Or, a title may have been included as part of the name on a least one (1) of the entries. Try to link these dogs to yours by only using the first name, or just their registration number. Bob-O

Im new at this too, and it did that to mee a few times. If you only put in part of the dogs name in it will show up. For example type in "Ursus Domaine Princier" without the "du" it will come up. Sometimes you have to take out part of the work, so you can use "Anisette Val" and she will come up. You just have to play around with it until you find the dogs name. Andrea

If you type Ursus and go to page 6 there is SG Ursus du Domaine Princier

I searched the site using Domaine Princier and found Ursus. The Title "SG" my be the problem with the search feature.
