is allergy blood test accurate and useful or a waste of time and money??!!

It depends on the allergen in question and the method/instrument used to measure IgE antibodies.

I have heard that the tests are fairly accurate. There is one that is thru Hemopet and another from IDEXX. The one from Hemopet is a saliva test... I believe that IDEXX does both blood and saliva. There are 2 seperate test....one for food and another for environmental (at least this is how Hemopet does it).
