Wanting opinions on what to do with new pup. Should I try Schutzhund, Therapy, or Sar with him. Also opinions on his ancestors. Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry, I don't know the dogs in his pedigree.
One can never go wrong with a good foundation of Schutzhund OB and tracking training.
What discipline your pup ultimately excels at will be determined by his genetics, drives, and disposition.
For now, I would help him grow and develope into a balanced individual by socializing him, build his confidence and build his drives.
Let him be a puppy and do not put to much pressure on him. Everything should be fun.
