owner just came from the beach and they left.
no matter who stopped or walked by the dog did not leave his spot.

Nope,
people stopped, rode up to it on bicycles, someone with another dog on a leash, it didn't leave it's spot...lol
sorry ya missed it and I didn't capture a picture until I realized it had been there for a good twenty minutes, then the owner came over the wall and off they went.
i just thought it was well trained to stay and not be distracted .
That's how I pass the time ....lol
