Hello all!! I recently saw a title on a dog from Hungary, it was a "ZTP" and thats something new to me. Can anyone explain exactly what this title is? or how it compares to a Sch or IPO? thanks in advance!

ZTP as I know is a German term ( Zuchttauglichkeitsprüfung ), proof of breedworthiness within a certain breed.
The term is used for a lot of breeds including Dobermann, Boxer, Hovawart, Bulldogs ...
Important: There are different kinds of ZTP´s for specific breeds, mostly a temperament test only.
No titles ( IPO ) recommended before this test, no comparison to the rules for the German Shepherd.

ive done the ztp on some dogs for breeding in germany, walking trough group of people, walking over plastic sheet, tie out the dog while strangers pass by and bark to or bite helper, this kind of things

Hello,
I have a rottweiler that I imported from Hungary and she has the Belgian ztp and I too was interested in what was required for this title. I find this article to be most helpful for me.
