No point in this thread except to post a few pics I thought were cute. Pups turned 6 weeks old on Thursday and I know there are a few lurkers who are interested in seeing (especially the blues) develop.

C'mon jenn, you can do better than that! MORE PICS...
BTW-They are looking great.I for one can't wait to read their life stories as they grow.
They are possibly the beginning of the end of ignorance!

I really can't do any better, lol. They're kind of hard to get far enough away from me to get good pics. I wasn't even able to get individual pics of the hellion ones- they were just biting my legs. They're at that age where they really start to get to be a herd of little piranhas. LOL

ًًًWe were discussing "expression" in another thread, this puppy has excellent expression

CMills, no, they will, I think, fade to a light amber/dark yellowish color by the time they're around 6 mos. old, from what I've been able to research. I'm certainly no expert on blues! LOL
Ibrahim, yes, he does. There are several that do- they have good presence about them and excellent attentiveness. It's just not always easy to capture it in pics. That boy is a cutie pie. He has just a bit of an independent spirit.

I'm no 'expert' either,on the blues, but I have had severall over the yearrs.
No one has ever kept blue eyes, and while the eyes are often lighter than the standard, I have seen so many dogs that conform to the standard in every other way, still have lighter eyes than what the standarrd calls for, a 'fault'.
I do know how hard it is to get good pics of puppies. I look forwward too pics of all of them.
I myself, love puppies!
