Info on Tattoos - Page 1

Hello everyone, I am looking to find out information about how the tattoos work. Who do we contact to find information when we have a rescue dog with a tattooed ear? I had a lady contact me who rescued a dog in WA state and the rescue told her the female GSD came from a breeder in Oregon. She appears to be working lines, sable and is very nice. The tattoo reads ALKF4. Any help is appreciated. thanks! Peggy knightenhaus
