I am wondering if anyone can tell me why out a litter of 7 our american johnson x hines has a long coat..i have provided the email i received from the breeder, ......hi kirsty.. here is some pedigree background on your puppy you bought.. great great grandmother is ruby misswoody nkc reg b6o7.820 .. great great grandfather.. buzz of top notch . nkc reg 01617669.3547... grand mother... top notch scarlet nkc 029000.67125 ... grand father.. top notch fircracker.. nkc 029000.67123 .. mother of pup.. eadies sandy girl.. nkc 04/900124742 .. dad.. thormey red rogue.. he is registered. but his papers never got to me when sent from breeder i bought him from ( they wer sent as i got proof ).. but they didnt bother to send to get me replacement papers.. i did background check with breeders i know from well known bulldog kennels.. they confirmed the breeding and my dog is registered in america with nkc and abra.. i cant send for replacement papers. only the breeder who registered the litter can do that.

Well if you have Johnson bloodline it is well known he used St Bernard in his breeding program as well as english bulldog.
I've seen long coats before in Screaming Eagle pups (Also JohnsonXHines breedins)
How many long coats did you get?
Do you know if any of the dogs listed above are on the Pedigree database?

If she is asking about Johnson and Hines then she is speaking for american bulldogs.
Sort of like asking about DDR and Cheq or Border Patrol lines of shepherds. Only people into shepherds really know what DDR means.
