Hi
Sorry for my English. I imported my dog from Poland , he is a son of VA Fulz di Zenevredo and Chipsi vom Frankengold. My dog is register in UK Kennel Club. Unfortunately he has horrible hips. The score for his hips is 42/15= 57.The pelvis is asymmertic, the right thighbone is shorter than the left. I would like to inform about this SV, I believe that every case like ours (moderate dysplasia) is an useful information for breeders and people who are doing research about dysplasia. How I can do this, I am not a member of SV. I would like the information about my dog s result be available on SV webside. Is it possible to do if I am not SV member?

The Kennel Club will publish the results online for the World to see, but I think the SV would only publish results by themselves.
The only exception I can think of is if the results are of a passing score, "Ausland" a6. Surely others might be able to help.

I would contact the breeder and let them handle it for you; they would want to know. Good luck Nan

The dog is from Poland so the correct way would be to send the X rays to the SV for their 'a' stamp program to evaluate. They will evaluate the x rays, grade them, post the results, and factor the results into the ZW scores of the parents/ancestors. If you are not a SV member, check with your kennel club, they may offer the 'a' stamp program. Our clubs in the US do.
Bear in mind this litter was bred to the standards of the SV as far as HD is concerned. Parents hips and elbows are certified and their combined ZW is less than 200. Stuff happens.

Dog1 - I thought 100 was avg. standard for Zuctwert (ZW)?

make sure the xrays have correct positioning.
this sounds to me like the pelvis it tilted and on leg is bent more than the other when the xray was taken.
if a dog has one leg shorter then the other, it would walk with a limp, have you noticed this?

ddr gsd,
You are correct. 100 is the average and to register a litter the combination must be 200 or less. The lower the number the better the ZW. In this example the sum of the ZW scores is 94 for the mother and 87 for the father for a combined result of 181, well below the minimum of 200.

And the puppies will start with a 90.
The ZW number is dynamic, as the sire and dam have other puppies, and hips are checked, or if the puppies from the above litter get their hips and elbows certified, and have their own puppies the number is adjusted.

Video of positioning hips...notice the dog that did poorly and did well was same dog, but the issue was all about positioning.
