Find yourself a conformation class first so you can learn how to handle your dog. They can help you from there.

What country are you located in, and what general area of that country? Have you asked your dog's breeder for help in this, since it would be to their benefit, too, if the dog does well?

Find a training facility if you can, most offer conformation handling classes. They will help you from there.

Ah, rough collies! My first dog love!
Look for breed-specific specialty clubs in the area. If none are available, then contact one online. If you got your dog from a show breeder, s/he would be the best person to contact for advice and mentoring. Any breeder worth his salt is happy to help his progeny do well in the show ring. It's a feather in his capto be sure.
