GSDLawsuit Been HAD by a breeder in the US? SEE THIS POST! (0 replies) 30 Desember 2004 - 11:12 Reply I am getting a list together of all the people who have purchased GSD's from one specific disreputable breeder in the United States. I'll not mention names on this board, but if you wish to email me, I will be happy to discuss it with you. If you have had "something" happen (i.e. limited registration not disclosed before purchase, limited registration not being lifted, addendums to contracts/guarantee post agreement, said contract/guarantee not being adhered to, receiving unregistered dog/pup, etc.)with your German Shepherd Dog, please either post, or email me. I am considering filing a class action lawsuit on behalf of all who have been taken by this breeder. Please email your name, address and a phone number you can be reached at (I will NOT call you without asking beforehand and all personal information is considered PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL), to GSDLawsuit@aol.com and tell me the name of the breeder, the dog and the situation, I will be happy to respond. If it is not the breeder in question, I will inform you immediately. I recently found this old post here on this database. In fact, this was posted by the SAME kennel/byb/Broker that has now screwed me. Taking her advise and using her same ad, I would like to offer an opportunity for others that have been screwed by this Broker/byb in NEW MEXICO and have them do the same by contacting me at ScrewedByBroker@aol.com with any information (just regarding her GSD sales practices please) for false advertising, unprofessionalism, receiving your dogs/puppies papers, theft etc. or other business related problems with this same “broker” and “byb”. I am gathering information as this New Mexican Broker has taken me for over $3,000.00 and so my only recourse is to sue her for her unprofessional, unethical, untrustworthy practices in regards to the sale and responsibly in delivering a dog that was bought through her 2 months ago that never arrived. From all the information many of you have contributed thus far, there are many claims already collected by me in evidence against her. But to help others of you who have not yet sought settlements for your case against her, now is your time to have your claims brought to the attention of the courts also. Thank you, Screwed By Broker

A persons name is everything! Nothing like a cheat, or one that is dishonest. I've been TOOK in the past. Nothing harder on a persons blood pressure than getting TOOK! Topics areas like here should be used to get the word out so others don't SUFFER loss.

The poster CLEARLY said New Mexico and New Mexican, as in a person living in New Mexico. Please do not try to create a racial issue where there is none!1 Nia

Vom Brunhaus Correct, You got it. I have already gotten one response privatly, they also had a "go round" with the above mentioned and pinpointed the exact "Broker". Course I use this term loosely as a Real Broker doesn't change the price of the dog 3 times during the first 24 hours and then take possession of the dog after the buyer has paid in full. I'll keep you posted of other private responses when relevant to the UNprofessional and/or Novice attempts at Brokerage etc. as they come in, if they are something new that the public should be aware of.
