 I am sorry to hear of your problem with this kennel. Sadly, Serbia apparently has a number of individuals who are dishonest. A few months ago I submitted a post to this website that outlined what happened to me when I tried to purchase a dog from a breeder ( Nikola Nenadovic,  Cyril and Metodia, 24/2,  Sabac ) in this country. The post made it clear that I had verifiable proof of the purchase and payment. I have notified the SV, FCI,

Za Predsednika gospodina Nenad Popovica, and
Kinoloski savez Republike Srbije
Za generalnog sekretara gospodina Al Daghistani Mahmoud Massouda

​I have also contacted a friend in Europe to see if he can help in resolving this problem. I would warn anyone thinking about buying a dog from this country to be very careful and NOT send money before you have received the dog. Otherwise, travel there to take possession and complete purchase.



 
 

MC is MC Stojan he associates with Feetback and Ivan Lukic. They are all thieves. Lukic sold me a dog and never sent her. He claims he will pay me back and has all kinds of stories and excuses. Go to this link for facebook and you can see most of them:
