My holistic veterinarian sells it and swears by it,,My male loves it!!,,It has wonderful probiotic benefits from what I understand..,,Giving it to a puppy I am not sure about,,,I don't see why not, but let others weigh in and give their input....

We usually give it to our pups as a supplement and then mix it in with kibble when they start to eat on their own.
Good stuff for pups, very rich

goats milk is beneficial for all dogs & humans. it does not cause dogs & pups to scour the way cows milk does.

Main thing using goat's milk, which, as said, is very nutritious, for very young pups is causing them to become fat and grow too fast.....could be detrimental.

I use it in my weaning formula and it is great but I personally wouldn't feed it to 3-4 months old. In fact I have mine totally off by 6 weeks old. Not only for the reason Joan gave but also cause it can cause a picky eater.

From what I understand, once a pup is weaned, they no longer produce the enzyme lactase, which digests milk products, similar to a human that is lactose intolerant, as they do not produce that enzyme as well. Since every dog is different, their lactose intolerance could all be different. If the pup develops diarrhea from the goats milk, then of course, you would stop feeding it. One pup may do fine, the other not so fine. I would however, not give too much. Goats milk may be very beneficial to humans, maybe not so much dogs. JMOO. Lactose free probiotic yogurt is a good probiotic supplement.

I'm not an expert, but presently have a 5 month old pup who has started to show signs of pano (x-rays confirmed). The vet said I need to slow her growth and feed her a lower protein food. Too much calcium can be an issue as well. I don't know if goats milk can cause issues or not, but I would be careful. Rapid growth can cause a lot of issues, some very serious ones.
