4 months old pup with long tail and bending sideway on the lower part of it...will this go away when the pup will grow up or will not?....what you guys say?

It usually stays, its a minor flaw.

If it is what is known as a kinktail, then a female needs to have the complete spine x-rayed before breeding. The spine could have other deformations. A serious matter.
