Hi All,

I just received an email from the UScA stating that the closing ceremonies for the WUSV have been changed from Sunday to Saturday 3-5pm.

I tried calling the contact number on the website to find out how this will affect the dinner that was scheduled for Saturday evening....but the contact did not answer and his mail box is full so I couldn't leave a message.

Does anyone know how this affects the rest of the event schedule? The official website does not tell you of the ceremony change or give you any details.

Thanks.

How many of you got an email from either club with this info?

Was the email from the hosting club to USCA and then forwarded to ???

Am a USCA member and no email received as of 9 PM CST from USCA.

Husband is a WUSV competitor and nothing received from anyone.

I have heard this and believe it to be fact.

However, I am still awaiting confirmation from "official" sources.

I have a copy of the communication from GSDCA. I will try to post it here later. I am not able to cut and paste it when working on a tablet, as I am now.

I also confirmed this yesterday with the event's trial secretary.

Kevin and Mystere...thank you for your replies.
I still have to wonder why the official notification from the GSDCA was not sent to the team captains and competitors first and foremost.
The way this notification is being handled, displays a lack of professionalism, organization and courtesy....IMO.

The GSDCA has acted unanimously on this ...... Dan Yee is working hard to keep the schedule the way it was.

Might be worth a letter writing campaign to stop this nonsense.
