5yr old female- I don't need comments about them not being straight- I know that. Knees are rotated at least and we ought to be able to imagine the pelvis straight and make solid guesses. Anyone want to guess? Dog is in heat, btw.

Hips are very nice despite the horrible positioning.The right hip would look much better with the correct positioning. IMO,excellent hips.

Dog stopped breathing on table under anesthesia- no way was anyone going to let that happen again so dog was tranquilized, but awake and not cooperating! Looked good enough to quit. ;-)

Ooops...typo. She's 4, not 5. Those are close on the keyboard.

Even for 4 I still think they look good. Sorry about the elbows, just have not done enough reading on those and never did elbows in the past on our show Samoyeds so was not taught like the hip x-rays. Wished I had been a little more diligent about that though, now with shepherds really could use the experience. Will try to bone up when possible. Good luck Nan (By the way, who is this girl)??

I saw a post on FB that stated that the SV is now requiring sedation for doing X-rays. I couldnt find anything online about it, but i trust the person posting it.
