I have tried to make a mating check for the combination Esto van Noort X Indhira vom Sheytan's Home. Although these dogs are both registered in this database, it says in the mating check that the female is unknown. When i request the information in GSD Search she is listed. Did i do something wrong??

If the dogs do not come up remove the van/vom/der or any other of or from and just use the dogs name and kennel....
